George Galabov was born in Sofia on the 20th of May 1946.
In the roots of his family there are tangled the destinies of a high-rank Bulgarian army officers and Austrian aristocrats. The events of year 1944 have placed his family in deep shadow but this only strengthened his spirit and taught him from the young age to rely on him self. Since 1971 he found his freedom escaping the clutches of communism.
High school and technical education he completed in his homeland, Institute of marketing and management in RSA, and Business collage in Australia where he resides at the present time. He shows writing and poetry abilities from a young age. The product of his skilful pen is the book of verse „The broken wing" which was published for the first time in 1997 and then again in 2015.
The „Proverbs", published in four languages, are based on his life experience which he shares with his readers.
